The Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees (form) decides on the organization's policy. Trustees serve in an honorary capacity and are guided by a Deed of Trust. At least one Trustee serves on the Management Committee together with other staff members. Every project has a Project Leader who reports to the Management Committee.

Dr B. Sandelowsky (form)
Founder, and Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, retired from her position as Director of TUCSIN at the end of 2001.

Dr R. Böck
TUCSIN Alumnus; specialised in Bio-Medical Studies, University of Namibia; Deputy Chairperson.

Ms. H. Rispel
Founder member of TUCSIN, Educationist working with TUCSIN since 1989 took over from Dr. Sandelowsky as Director of TUCSIN in 2001. Secretary of the Board of Trustees.

Mr. M. Ngapurue
TUCSIN Alumnus; Auditor; Treasurer of the Board of Trustees.

Ms. M. Dax
Founder member of TUCSIN, Social Worker.

Dr A. Wienecke
Habitat Research & Development Centre, Namibia: Manager Research.

Mr. A De Klerk
An experienced and well-qualified educationist has been associated with TUCSIN since its inception in the 1970's.
